Meet Ana, a certified RYS 200 Yoga Instructor and RYS 60 Yoga Nidra facilitator. With a specialized background in CrossFit, Ana brings a unique perspective to the mat, blending high-intensity discipline with restorative mindfulness.

In her Hatha Yoga classes, Ana emphasizes structural alignment and steady breath, building a resilient foundation that honors the traditional roots of the practice.

For those seeking a more rhythmic experience, her Vinyasa Flow classes create a seamless dance of movement and breath, fostering both cardiovascular health and mental focus.

To balance this intensity, Ana utilizes her RYS 60 certification to lead Yoga Nidra, a profound practice of "yogic sleep" that facilitates deep nervous system recovery and self-discovery.

Come as you are. Leave better." That's the last sentence of Ana's description of her evening yoga class in the box, and for me, this proves absolutely true! Even after a long, exhausting day, when all I want is to go home to bed and be done, I still grab my things and rush to class - because I know, I will feel so much better after that session! The first awareness part puts some distance between you and the stress and worries of the day. The active part is usually well balanced between challenging yourself in strength or flexibility, and on the other hand positions that allow you to get some rest, as to not put yourself under more stress. The last relaxation, or meditation part, is well guided, with a pleasant, calm voice, and helps to end the day well. I think Ana does a good job with meeting people where they are, and adapting her practice, and all of this with a smile on her face!
